Ti.danno foglio con organizzazione viaggio con tanto di volo menzionato con numero ed orario sulla base del.quale paghi la cifra pattuita per poi all'ultimo momento cambiare il volo con altra compagnia meno prestigiosa della precedente e con orari scomodissimi ; il tutto allo stesso prezzo! Non è che ci hanno diminuito la cifra dovuta! Inaffidabili! Not recommended for school trips. They give you a sheet with travel arrangements with a lot of flight mentioned with number and time on the base of which you pay the agreed amount and then at the last moment change the flight with another company less prestigious than the previous one and with uncomfortable hours; all at the same price! It is not that they have decreased the amount due! Unreliable!

Abbiamo visitato molte aziende “La Stampa” fra tutte che da soli non avremo mai visto! Ottima organizzazione per quanto riguarda le gite in più le giornate erano pienissime! Complimenti allo staff della Pyrgos per l’esperienza vissuta!! Beautiful and interesting journey between school and work. We were in Turin a city that surprised us a lot! We have visited many companies "La Stampa" among all that we will never have seen alone! Excellent organization regarding trips in the days were longer back teeth! My son was supposed to go on a trip last year but due to covid the trip was canceled.Despite the legislation explicitly provides for the reimbursement for trips canceled due to covid for classes that end their school cycle, the agency has withheld a penalty of 10 % plus VAT, as if we had canceled the tour ourselves.

Organizzazione pessima. Non hanno infondo concluso mai niente. Dopo tutto questo la classe è stata costretta a risolvere in altri modi possibili. Se potessi darei zero stelle. Bad experience. Tuttavia la ragazza dell'agenzia si è messa subito a disposizione per provare in qualsiasi modo a farci partire. Anzi direi che è da ammirare l'opportunità che ci danno. Per quanto riguarda questa azienda ha sempre dimostrato professionalità e serietà soprattutto in questa occasione. Da consigliare.
