A	Alex Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food with a really friendly staff! I loved this restaurant during my stay in Italy! Plus, for 21 Euros for unlimited menu access was unbelievable! They don't speak English, but pointing at the item works juuust fine.

Pretending he doesn’t speak English he tried to charge me for the desert that I didn’t have. Well, to be specific I ordered ice cream with chocolate core, they brought plain ice cream and tried to convince me that the ‘picture in the menu is information purpose only’, although the description of the ice cream also had chocolate core in it. Totally unprofessional behavior which would be no issue if they just apologised but instead the cashier guy nearly held a scandal against me at the till.
F	Federico Scaltriti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sushi restaurant. Not the best I tasted in Reggio Emilia, especially because of the lack of lots of dishes at lunch. If you wanna have dinner is better. Good position: near the AV Mediopadana and the stadium, it's a good choice if you are going to take the train or if you wanna stay near the stadium for the imminent match

Strict and only focused on his interests, totally unwilling to make an effort to please his customers. I have been there several times for lunch with my colleagues and asked to move two tables to sit together and he said categorically 'no'. We asked to have individual invoices and he rejected also this request (in EVERY other place we have been, we have always had individual invoices without any problem). I asked for the receipt of my card payment and he said they don't print it for amounts below 25€ (also this sounded new to me).
