SBAGLIATO! ! se hai un monobraccio dietro e come se serve. Speso 30€...in giro si spende 15/20...sempre portando gomme smontate.. Ecco perché era vuoto.... Bring a couple of disassembled motorcycle wheels, replacing tires and balancing only forward because, according to them, it is not necessary ... F	Filippo Fruet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mio cliente ha avuto un problema con i bulloni di una ruota forata che non riusciva a svitare, un venerdì sera alle 18.30, e doveva rientrare a Roma prima possibile a causa di una urgenza… Aveva chiamato il soccorso stradale, il cui titolare Roberto Celli, che ringrazio ancora, ha prontamente capito la gravità e nonostante l’orario si è fatto carico di chiamare 3 gommisti ma tutti hanno risposto che era venerdì ed alle 18.30 avevano chiuso nonostante avesse fatto presente la situazione Alle 19:00 Il mio cliente mi ha chiamato per sapere se lo potevo aiutare. Premetto che: Non conosco una sola persona a Rieti non era un problema di soldi tanto grave era l’urgenza perciò ho cercato sul Web ed chiamato Puntogomme - Best drive - i cui titolari, erano rimasti solo loro visto l’orario, hanno immediatamente compreso la situazione, hanno aspettato il carro attrezzi del Signor Celli, che aveva recuperato il mezzo e portato da loro ed hanno risolto il problema permettendo al mio cliente di rientrare a Roma. La cortesia, la gentilezza, la professionalità e non ultima la disponibilità mostrate sono uniche, come usa dire … merce rara!! Grazie ancora a nome mio e del mio cliente che mi ha chiesto, anzi obbligato, a raccontare subito quanto sopra perché lui non poteva farlo se non tra qualche giorno. Solo chi ha passione alla propria attività può esprimere professionalità ed è riferito al Signor Celli e hai titolari di Puntogomme Dimenticavo ….. il costo è stato irrisorio e risolto tutto in 5 minuti!!!
