Li ho chiamati e sono venuti a prendermi a 40km di distanza da Viterbo. Pur non occupandosi di vespe d’epoca mi hanno tenuto il mezzo in officina mentre cercavo di capire come trovare i pezzi di ricambio. Una volta trovato il pezzo da un rivenditore di Viterbo, Andrea mi ha prestato la moto per andarlo a prendere. Mi hanno aiutato a riparare la vespa per farmi riprendere il viaggio il prima possibile. Credevo di essere spacciato ma grazie a loro sono riuscito a risolvere un problema a dir poco disperato in neppure mezza giornata. Grazie di tutto, mi avete salvato il viaggio! P.s. in risposta alla vostra giustificazione, il fatto della diagnosi e delle spie (tra l'altro non era accesa nessuna spia) è una risposta scritta a mente fredda per fare bella figura qui sopra. In quel momento al mio stupore per il prezzo, mi era stato detto semplicemente che era a causa dell'aumento dei prezzi delle batterie e basta. Punto secondo, non era ora di pranzo ma erano superate le 14:00, e nonostante fossi fermo a 4 minuti di macchina da voi, avete impiegato 45 minuti per venirmi a recuperare. Punto terzo, credo sia inutile dire che la macchina era perfetta, d'altronde è il vostro lavoro, sarebbe grave che non fosse così. Detto questo, mi dispiace, non sono un tipo che mette una stella giusto per, ma mi sono sentito preso in giro, avrei preferito pagare 100 euro per il recupero e 90 per la batteria in se per sé, sarebbe stato a mio avviso più onesto.
