Quattro giorni fa siamo passati a fare rifornimento. La macchinetta della pompa due ha preso 50 euro e non ha erogato la nafta pagata. Abbiamo premuto il pulsante dell'SOS ma non ha rilasciato lo scontrino per poter chiedere il rimborso.
If I could give zero stars I would do it .. it is true it is a self service but someone should go and check once in a while.
Four days ago we switched to refueling. The pump of the two pump took 50 euros and did not dispense the paid oil. We pressed the SOS button but did not release the receipt in order to request a refund.
