Dopo 10 minuti un signore anziano si degna di uscire dal suo ufficio,mi sfreccia vicino senza considerarmi...a malapena risponde al mio saluto. R	Rosa Magnano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quattro anni fa ho cercato di acquistare un'auto nuova Subaru XV ma l'impiegato che mi ha ricevuto non ha voluto farmi un preventivo scritto che contemplasse sia il caso di acquisto con il ritiro della mia Mercedes ML portata in visione, che solo il prezzo dell'auto richiesta, obbligandomi a prendere appunti sulle varie possibilità dovute agli optional. Mi sono rivolta via e-mail al concessionario di Genova che mi ha inviato i preventivi e nel giro di pochi giorni ho potuto concludere l'acquisto. Per comodità ho scelto di fare i tagliandi presso l'officina e ieri al 3° tagliando ho controllato la fattura (cosa mai fatta in precedenza) e ho dovuto rilevare che sono state addebitate 3 ore di lavoro a 44€+IVA invece che poco più delle 2 ore intercorse tra la consegna e il ritiro dell'auto e anche i km sono stai indicati in modo errato. Per concludere la macchina mi è stata riconsegnata con una vistosa strisciata. Voglio precisare che il giorno prima per rispetto dei meccanici ho provveduto a lavare la macchina nel mio garage e se il danno fosse stato causato in precedenza non sarebbe potuto passare inosservato. Penso che non tornerò mai più in questa officina e la sconsiglierò ai conoscenti. Finally, the car was returned to me with a conspicuous swipe. I want to clarify that the day before, out of respect for the mechanics, I washed the car in my garage and if the damage had been caused previously it could not have gone unnoticed. I think I will never go back to this workshop and I will advise against it to acquaintances.
