★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il piacere di parlare con questa concessionaria solo telefonicamente, vista la distanza, dopo una fallimentare inefficente e non professionale esperienza con la loro corrispettiva per marchio di Prato. Gentili, chiari anche se purtroppo per la mia richiesta non avevano il prodotto da me trovato su internet (''luogo'' che mi ha dato il modo di conoscerli).

Che si liberasse un venditore per avere un preventivo per l'acquisto di due Auto Toyota Cross perché interessava anche a me. Per sentirci dire che non potevamo essere serviti inquanto eravamo già clienti presso un altra filiale.
Assurda l attesa e assurdo il comportamento. Il tempo è denaro per tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato una Toyota C-HR del '17 presso Fuji Auto. Fatto tutto via web, con il sig. Alessandro Stoppa, gentilissimo e cordiale. Valutata la mia auto in permuta molto bene. Nessun prezzo nascosto o altre cose, anzi essendo l'auto Toyota Certified, ora ho 10 anni di garanzia basta fare i tagliandi ufficiali presso un officina autorizzata. Al momento del ritiro, l'auto era perfetta come da foto sul sito, sia di carrozzeria che di interni. Anche la ventola della batteria ibrida era perfetta ed il filtro pulito. Felicissimo della mia scelta, calcolando sopratutto che ho un concessionario Toyota a 10km da dove abito, ma ho preferito farne 175km. Assolutamente consigliati, tornerò da loro per il prossimo acquisto.
Purchased a '17 Toyota C-HR from Fuji Auto. All done via the web, with Mr. Alessandro Stoppa, very kind and friendly. Valued my trade-in car very well. No hidden prices or other things, indeed being the Toyota Certified car, now I have a 10-year warranty just do the official service at an authorized workshop. At the time of collection, the car was perfect, as shown in the photos on the website, both bodywork and interior. The fan of the hybrid battery was also perfect and the filter clean. Very happy with my choice, especially considering that I have a Toyota dealer 10km from where I live, but I preferred to do 175km. Absolutely recommended, I will come back to them for the next purchase.
