Bravi andate avanti così io ci ritorno penso che sarà il mio parrucchiere x sempre. Grazie
Kind staff very professional I shot many hairdressers and x my experience they are very competent the owner is a person attentive to the customer the very kind girls gave me a treatment that no hairdresser does nowadays I recommend it. Well done go ahead so I go back I think he will be my hairdresser x always. Thank you

Mi hanno rubato soldi facendomi credere di poter usufruire di alcuni servizi acquistati tramite groupon; in particolare pretendevano che io facessi 3 tagli 3 pieghe 3 maschere e un trattamento a scelta in neanche 2 mesi !!!! quando invece mi avevano assicurato che potevo esaurirli massimo entro l anno!!!(Coupon acquistato a febbraio e interrotto da loro ad aprile) Oltretutto mi é stato chiuso il telefono in faccia e sono stata bloccata su whatsap!! Inoltre il personale fuma all'interno salone dove clienti di tutte le età vengono servite! inaccettabile !
Rude and unreliable staff. They stole my money making me believe I could take advantage of some services purchased through groupon; in particular they pretended that I made 3 cuts 3 folds 3 masks and a treatment of choice in not even 2 months !!!! when, on the other hand, they assured me that I could use them up by the end of the year !!! (Coupon purchased in February and interrupted by them in April) Besides, my phone was closed in my face and I was stuck on whatsap !! Plus the staff smoke in the lounge where guests of all ages are served! unacceptable !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo l l'appuntamento per mercoledì, arrivo da Pontedera a Pisa tutto di corsa per essere li alle 9.00 , e trovo chiuso !!!!senza essere avvertita da nessuno ! Devo dire competenza per prendere appuntamenti e professionalità 0 spaccato ,ovviamente nn andrò mai più! Ad oggi ancora nessuno ha chiamato per scusarsi . Grazie a Groupon mi sono fatta rimborsare immediatamente. Sconsiglio !
I had the appointment for Wednesday, coming from Pontedera to Pisa all running to be there at 9.00, and I find it closed !!!! without being warned by anyone! I must say competence to make appointments and professionalism or split, of course I will never go again! To this day no one has called to apologize. Thanks to Groupon I got my money back immediately. I do not recommend it!
