★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare! Chiesto un colore chiaro, risultato: colore scurissimo non concordante con quello visto sul campionario, oltretutto copre tutto tranne i capelli bianchi!!!! Prezzi poi esorbitanti. Ora dovrò rivolgermi altrove per limitare il disastro. Delusa.
To avoid! Asked for a light color, result: very dark color not in agreement with the one seen in the sample, moreover it covers everything except white hair !!!! Then exorbitant prices. Now I will have to look elsewhere to limit the disaster. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tornato da un viaggio di lavoro e mi sono trovato la sorpresa di mia moglie che ha provato taglio e colore da voi. Mi ha raccontato di come vi siete comportati con lei, il costo e ho visto il risultato: scandaloso!!!
Dunque, prima volta che viene e invece di essere trattata da una professionista esperta è stata messa nelle mani di una dipendente inesperta. Il taglio è stato orribile, ma la proprietaria era "impegnata" con chi evidentemente le piaceva di più.
Ma la cosa più scandalosa non è stata questa. Infatti, il costo totale di taglio+colore (senza messa in piega) è stato di 67€ e, dopo aver già fatto il colore, è stato detto a mia moglie che c'è stata una maggiorazione sul colore perché aveva tanti capelli. Ma che cavolo di giustificazione è? Non mi è mai capitato di sentire una cosa del genere. E' come se io dovessi pagare di più le scarpe perché porto il 47!
Da quand'è che si applicano prezzi variabili e a simpatia? Siamo sicuri che è legale?
Insomma, prima e ultima volta che mia moglie mette piede da voi.

So the first time she came and instead of being treated by an experienced professional she was put in the hands of an inexperienced employee. The cut was horrible, but the owner was "busy" with who she evidently liked best.
But the most scandalous thing was not this. In fact, the total cost of cutting + color (without styling) was € 67 and, after having already done the color, my wife was told that there was an increase in the color because she had so much hair. But what the hell is that? I've never heard of such a thing. It is as if I had to pay more for the shoes because I wear the 47!
