★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono furioso! Mi ha tagliato i capelli la persona più anziana. Me li ha tagliati solo di lato e non sopra la testa. Esito disastroso. Per tagliarmi le basette e la peluria ha usato il rasoio a mano senza acqua o sapone. Ho ancora tutta la pelle irritata che mi fa male. Ciliegina sulla torta 20€ per solo taglio senza ricevuta. Mi hanno sempre insegnato ad avere rispetto per le persone anziane ma, in questo caso.... Appena sono uscito mi sono messo a ricercare un parrucchiere per rimediare al disastro. Mai più!
I'm furious! The oldest person cut my hair. He cut them only to the side and not over his head. Disastrous outcome. To cut the sideburns and the hair has used the razor by hand without water or soap. I still have all the irritated skin that hurts me. Icing on the cake € 20 for single cut without receipt. They always taught me to have respect for old people but, in this case .... As soon as I left, I started looking for a hairdresser to make up for the disaster. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience here! It’s a local barber shop with the regular customers, jokes, coffee and greetings. If you’re willing to speak some Italian, you will be treated very well here! Give it a try. Plus, it is much easier to find a free spot then at busy modern barber shops in Como!
