★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto service ok,ma non fidatevi del call senter della Samsung non capiscono tecnicamente,a me mi hanno detto che il problema si risolveva cambiando due cuscinetti invece il tecnico che è venuto ha detto l'opposto.
Service point ok, but don't trust the Samsung call senter, they don't understand technically, they told me that the problem could be solved by changing two bearings instead the technician who came said the opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda l'assistenza "Samsung" sugli elettrodomestici questa attività meriterebbe molto più di cinque stelle. I tecnici sono precisi relativamente all'orario concordato per l'intervento, affidabili nel lavoro di riparazione e/o sostituzione e concreti nel consigliare la/le soluzioni migliori. Quanto scrivo è convalidato dal fatto che nella scelta di un nuovo elettrodomestico (dato che ormai quello vecchio, a causa del fattore tempo ci aveva improvvisamente abbandonato) ho optato per lo stesso marchio considerando che in caso di necessità, voglio affidarmi a persone delle quali ci si possa fidare, come ritengo siano quelle di quest'impresa.
As far as the "Samsung" assistance on household appliances is concerned, this activity deserves much more than five stars. The technicians are precise in relation to the agreed time for the intervention, reliable in the repair and / or replacement work and concrete in recommending the best solution (s). What I write is validated by the fact that in choosing a new appliance (since the old one, due to the time factor had suddenly abandoned us), I opted for the same brand considering that in case of need, I want to rely on people whose can be trusted, as I believe those of this company are.
