Provavo a farlo il giorno dopo, ma era chiusa e, ricontattato telefonicamente, chiedeva di attendere dieci minuti poichè, testualmente, era andato a "prendere un caffè"! Dopo almeno venti minuti, nemmeno l'ombra. Stessa cosa dopo un paio d'ore, allorquando ripassavo. Avrebbe potuto anche richiamare, magari scusandosi, ma niente. Inaffidabilità, scortesia e totale assenza di serietà. Assolutamente da sconsigliare. Il motivo è stato un errore sulla scrittura dell'indirizzo; dall'indirizzo ricevuto hanno mischiato e pasticciato il nome del quartiere nel nome della via creando così un indirizzo inesistente (per non si sa quale motivo). Alle prime lamentele suggeriscono di aspettare e che alla fine l'indirizzo è quello. Esponendo il problema, si sono sempre dimostrati schivi e sgarbati e hanno incessantemente dato la colpa alle tempistiche e alla compagnia di trasporti. Quando invece il problema stava a monte. Chiamo da Dublino per ricevere qualche spiegazione e appena capiscono a che pacco mi riferisco iniziano a diventare maleducati e ad alzare il tono di voce; arrivano a chiudermi il telefono in faccia senza nemmeno darmi la minima spiegazione, dopo appena 20 secondi di telefonata. Insieme a questo pacco è stato spedito un altro verso la Spagna, stessa situazione anche lì: indirizzo sbagliato (il corriere Spagnolo dovette chiamare al numero dato per ricevere il vero indirizzo). Consiglio Punto Service se volete farvi truffare da gente offensivamente bugiarda, se siete in cerca di serietà evitate questo posto come il Covid.
