Molto ben fornito e personale molto capace, gentile e disponibile. L'unica grossa pecca sono i prezzi: purtroppo un po' alti per me. Sicuramente si trova la stessa qualità a prezzi inferiori, naturalmente bisogna muoversi un po'. Consigliato a chi non vuo le troppi problemi, ma è un servizio che si fa pagare. g	gennaro vetrano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione dopo un periodo di utilizzo di un piano scrivania in legno di pino marittimo realizzato da Punto Porte, premetto che all'inizio dell'acquisto siamo stati seguiti da un addetto gentile e competente che poi non ha più lavorato presso Punto Porte. 1. Rispetto al prezzo pagato ci sono alcune imperfezioni che danno fastidio, tipo residui di lavorazione inglobati nella resina che hanno usato per riempire i vuoti lasciati dai nodi del legno. 2. installazione lunga e complicata per mancanza di organizzazione o comunicazione tra gli addetti che ha prodotto anche con alcune rigature sulle pareti durante i diversi tentativi di installare la scrivania. 3. sul piano di lavoro sono molto visibili i segni delle morse usate durante la lavorazione (forse sarà normale ma a noi non era stato detto che alla fine della lavorazione ci trovavamo un piano scrivania con diversi segni antiestetici). Alla fine del montaggio della scrivania ho manifestato la mia insoddisfazione ai falegnami che hanno eseguito il lavoro, il giorno dopo sono stato contattato da un rappresentante dell'azienda ed abbiamo parlato, mi ha fatto piacere ricevere una telefonata per cercare di chiarire l'accaduto, chiaramente non sono soddisfatto del lavoro, e solo del lavoro fatto nel mio caso, ciò non toglie che siano una grande realtà lavorativa ma questa volta IO non sono stato fortunato, forse andrà meglio una prossima volta. At the end of the assembly of the desk I expressed my dissatisfaction to the carpenters who carried out the work, the next day I was contacted by a representative of the company and we spoke, I was pleased to receive a phone call to try to clarify what had happened, I am clearly not satisfied with the work, and only with the work done in my case, this does not mean that they are a great working reality but this time I have not been lucky, maybe it will be better next time.
