★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sento truffato. In sede tante belle parole del tipo: se il divano non ti piace ce lo riprendiamo! O anche: il prodotto è garantito 10 anni! Preso un divano da 600 euro da fare su misura. Arrivano a casa 2 poltrone unite più corte di 10cm rispetto a quanto pattuito e con una seduta di una scomodità inaudita. Torniamo in sede e ci dicono che è tutto nella norma e che c'è una tolleranza nelle misure. 10 centimetri è una tolleranza plausibile? Allora pantaloni e bermuda sono la stessa cosa? Assistenza post vendita inesistente e cortesia mostrata fino al momento della firma su quel maledetto contratto. Se ci fosse la possibilità di mettere zero stelle lo farei. Sconsigliatissimo

Two armchairs joined together are 10cm shorter than agreed and with a seat of unprecedented discomfort. We go back to the office and they tell us that everything is in the norm and that there is a tolerance in the measures. Is 10 centimeters a plausible tolerance? So are pants and shorts the same thing? After-sales assistance non-existent and courtesy shown until the moment of signing that damn contract. If there was a chance to put zero stars I would. Not recommended
