Le piante che ho acquistato si sono rivelate sin da subito molto resistenti e in salute. Comodissimo il servizio di consegna a domicilio per le piante di grandi dimensioni, rapido ed economico. Prezzi assolutamente nella media. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.

The plants I bought proved to be very resistant and healthy right from the start. The home delivery service for large plants is very convenient, fast and cheap. Absolutely average prices. Staff very helpful and polite.

Premetto che ho attivato tutte le cure necessarie......ho comprato un albero di Natale che da subito ha iniziato a perdere aghetti fino ad essere ad oggi, per 1/4 spoglio. Ho mandato un messaggio su Messanger all' azienda esponendo il problema alcuni giorni fa ( anche perché non è costato poco), è stato visualizzato ma nessuno ha dato risposta. Mi sarebbe bastato anche un semplice " ci dispiace". È la prima volta che acquisto in questo posto, capisco che purtroppo possa succedere, anche se in realtà è la prima volta che mi capita, ma credo che una risposta al cliente vada sempre data.

I bought a Christmas tree that immediately began to lose needles up to today, for 1/4 bare. I sent a message on Messenger to the company exposing the problem a few days ago (also because it was not cheap), it was displayed but no one gave an answer. Even a simple "sorry" would have been enough for me. It is the first time that I buy in this place, I understand that unfortunately it can happen, even if in reality it is the first time that it happens to me, but I believe that an answer to the customer must always be given.
