I primi di maggio, data la situazione mi arriva una email di scuse per il ritardo con promessa di spedizione non oltre l'8 maggio. Oggi 19 maggio, dopo messaggi e email nel vuoto finalmente rispondono al telefono (perché ho dovuto richiamarli io) per dirmi che il mio comune è troppo lontano e mi hanno rimborsato, oggi. Bene per il rimborso "immediato", ma venditore sconsigliato dal punto di vista del customer care. Forse episodio isolato il mio, ad ogni modo pessima esperienza. I placed an order on April 26th, with immediate payment. In early May, given the situation, I receive an apology email for the delay with the promise of shipping no later than May 8th. Today May 19th, after messages and emails in the void, they finally answer the phone (because I had to call them back) to tell me that my municipality is too far away and they refunded me today. Good for "immediate" refund, but seller not recommended from a customer care point of view. Maybe my own isolated episode, in any case bad experience.
t	tranquillo sereno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico vero negozio on line di fiori, piante, orticole e prodotti annessi. Ho fatto un piccolo ordine ma con diverse referenze on line alle 23,30. La merce mi è arrivata dopo 3/4 giorni. La consegna è stata fatta da una persona gentile Sig. Marco che anche se si vedeva che doveva fare altre consegne è stato gentilissimo ed ha risposto a tutte le mie domande. Appena uscito dal suo furgone, prima di toccare la mia merce, si e' disinfettato le mani, indossava la mascherina e si è dimostrato molto professionale. Complimenti le orticole erano perfette. The delivery was made by a kind person Mr Marco that even though you could see he had to make other deliveries was very kind and answered all my questions. As soon as he got out of his van, before he touched my goods, he disinfected his hands, wore the mask and proved to be very professional. Congratulations horticultural were perfect. excellent company

Sono stato rimborsato per le piantine pagate in più, ma alla ricezione del pacco il prodotto non corrispondeva comunque alle caratteristiche di quelle scelte da me (trattasi di menta romana o menta piperita, che differisce notevolmente da quella da me opzionata). Per un giorno ho tentato di contattarli telefonicamente senza risultato e quando poi la responsabile vendite a presto in carico la mia segnalazione non è stata accomodante e disponibile a gestire un eventuale rimborso, accampando ragioni poco plausibili date le descrizioni inconfutabili che caratterizzano la tipologia di pianta in questione. Davvero poco professionali. Sconsigliati. Bad experience. I ordered a number of glacial mint seedlings from their website which turned out to be available in smaller quantities. I was reimbursed for the extra-paid seedlings, but upon receipt of the package, the product did not correspond to the characteristics of those chosen by me (it is Roman mint or peppermint, which differs considerably from the one I had chosen). For a day I tried to contact them by phone without result and then when the sales manager soon in charge my report was not accommodating and available to manage a possible refund, citing implausible reasons given the irrefutable descriptions that characterize the type of plant in question. question. Really unprofessional. Not recommended.
