Inizialmente mi hanno detto che in poco tempo sarebbe stato riparato e che mi avrebbero avvisato, in assenza di risposta dopo ripetute chiamate ottengo una risposta e dopo interminabili minuti di attesa per "consultare il tecnico." Mi viene detto che mi fanno sapere in breve tempo. Dopo un paio di giorni richiamo e di nuovo la tiritera ricomincia riconsultano questo tecnico e di nuovo prendono tempo, al che stufo di sentire scuse chiedo che mi venga restituito anche rotto. Qui casca il palco perché scopro che il mio telefono é stato mandato in laboratori esterni e che sarei potuto venire a riprenderlo solo dopo qualche giorno. Ovviamente ho dovuto chiamare io perché nemmeno mi hanno avvisato che era tornato.

Here the stage falls because I discover that my phone has been sent to external laboratories and that I could only come and pick it up after a few days. Obviously I had to call because they didn't even tell me he was back.

Mi hanno sconsigliato "esose" riparazioni e mi hanno suggerito di acquistare un MacBook ricondizionato. Ho seguito il loro consiglio. Raccomando sicuramente, continuate così!
Young, educated, competent and very helpful guys. After reading the many positive reviews of the shop, I went to their shop with a problem with my daughter's computer. They advised me against "expensive" repairs and suggested I buy a refurbished MacBook. I followed their advice. Definitely recommend, keep up the good work!

Peccato che io ho successivamente risostituito personalmente display e connettore alimentazione e ora funzionano perfettamente.
Uno dei telefoni aveva 1 anno di vita.
Ho scoperto il disastro aprendoli e i pezzi persi non c'entrano con l'età dei prodotti, così come il non verificare che funzionino una volta riparati.

Ho portato 3 smartphone a riparare. Il primo Portato a sostituire il display con vetro rotto, riconsegnato che non prendeva più il segnale e non caricava (secondo loro ricambio difettoso, montato e consegnato senza provarlo?). Il secondo aveva un problema di connettore di carica, riconsegnato con il display a righe e senza alloggiamento SIM. Al terzo andava sostituito l'alloggiamento della SIM e che funziona, ma scorre a fatica. Oggi li ho ritirati esasperato. E anche oggi mi hanno riconsegnato lo smartphone senza l'alloggiamento SIM, accortomi avendo controllato prima di uscire, non lo hanno ritrovato... E comunque ho pagato.

Too bad that I later replaced the display and power connector myself and now they work perfectly.
One of the phones was 1 year old.
I discovered the disaster by opening them and the lost pieces have nothing to do with the age of the products, as well as not verifying that they work once repaired.

I took 3 smartphones for repair. The first Led to replace the display with broken glass, returned that no longer took the signal and did not charge (according to their replacement defective, assembled and delivered without trying it?). The second had a charging connector problem, returned with the striped display and no SIM slot. The third had to replace the housing of the SIM and that works, but it slides with difficulty. Today I picked them up in exasperation. And even today they gave me back the smartphone without the SIM slot, realizing having checked before going out, they did not find it ... And anyway I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazzi seri e competenti. Forse un po' cari su alcune conponenti di ricambio dei Cellulari tipo display Samsung. Ma sono comunque persone preparate e pronte a risolvere qualsiasi problematica gli si proponga in merito.
Serious and competent guys. Maybe a little expensive on some replacement parts of Samsung display phones. But they are still people prepared and ready to solve any problem that is proposed to them.
