To say that they are thieves is little. € 22 to change the electric wire of the microwave (it will take 2 minutes of work). Never again, sconsiglierò to all my neighbors who live in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho chiamato giovedì 29/10 per un problema ad una lavastoviglie whirlpool; mi è stato detto che un tecnico mi avrebbe contattato in giornata o il giorno seguente per un appuntamento. Oggi martedì 3/11 non ho ancora sentito niente quindi ho chiamato un altro che verrà domani.
I called Thursday 29/10 for a problem with a whirlpool dishwasher; I was told that a technician would contact me today or the following day for an appointment. Today Tuesday 3/11 I haven't heard anything yet so I called someone else who will come tomorrow.

Stesso problema segnalato sopra da Stefano: compro una pompa di una macchina da caffè, me la cambio, mi si rompe un tubicino. Mia moglie la porta in negozio per cambiare il tubicino, la smontano completamente e mi presentano un preventivo di 55 Euro per cambio pompa (!). Se rifiuti il cambio te la danno completamente smontata.

Same problem pointed out by Stefano above: I buy a pump for a coffee machine, change it, a tube breaks. My wife takes it to the shop to change the tube, they disassemble it completely and they give me a quote of 55 Euros for pump change (!). If you refuse the change, they give you completely disassembled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non si può dare 0. Ho portato un piano cottura da riparare chiedendo prima il prezzo del preventivo e mi ha detto essere gratis. Dopo due settimane mi spara un preventivo assurdo per due piezoelettrici allora decido di non fare il lavoro e riavere il mio piano cottura funzionante come prima, risponde di si e sparisce per un altra settimana. Morale mi ridà il piano cottura in brandelli urlando e SPUTANDO SENZA MASCHERINA insultando per il nostro disappunto. Se dovete riparare elettrodomestici andate da professionisti non da DISONESTI. Da lui lasciate perdere.
