★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata piscina tonda Bestway (3 mt) circa 20 giorni fa, è rimasta nello scatolo finché non ci siamo trasferiti in villetta (la settimana scorsa), messa su e utilizzata esattamente 2 giorni (per altro da due bambini 4 e 6 anni).
Piscina rotta da sola, sotto i nostri occhi...si è strappata lateralmente.
Chiamiamo per sapere se ci spetta un rimborso e per una sostituzione e invece no ci hanno detto di rivolgerci alla Bestway.

 We bought the Bestway round swimming pool (3 meters) about 20 days ago, it remained in the box until we moved to the house (last week), put up and used exactly 2 days (by two children 4 and 6 years old).
Pool broken by itself, under our eyes ... it tore sideways.
We call to find out if we are entitled to a refund and a replacement and instead we were told to contact Bestway.
A thousand thanks.
So where is the advantage of buying "in store"?
