Punto primo: l'accoglienza. Gian Luigi mi ha accolto presentandosi per nome e chiamandomi sempre col cognome preceduto da "Signor", dandomi sempre del lei. Gentilezza e comprensione oltre ogni aspettativa.
sono andato per fare il tagliando gratuito dei 40.000 km, oltre alle routinarie manutenzioni del caso, mi hanno sanificato l'abitacolo, mi hanno messo un profumo da macchina non solo buono, ma esteticamente apprezzabile e ricercato e mi hanno sostituito una lampadina fulminata dei fari anabbaglianti, cosa che esulava dal tagliando, il tutto compreso nel tagliando.
Inoltre, non avendo disponibilità di tornare a casa durante l'intervento sul mezzo, Gianluigi si è offerto di portarmi al punto brico vicino per fare le mie spese, ed è anche venuto a riprendermi a lavoro finito. Il tutto senza che io avanzassi tale richiesta.
Che dire. Semplicemente che la Consiglio a tutti fortemente.
