★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato all'ambulatorio del punto bianco per un emergenza. La cura che mi è stata prescritta non è servita a nulla e in più onerosa tanto che sono stato costretto a tornare a casa a 150km da parma per farmi visitare dal mio dottore. Il mio dottore con 2 farmaci da pochi soldi ha risolto il problema.
 I went to the white point surgery for an emergency. The treatment that was prescribed to me was of no use and in addition onerous so much that I was forced to go home 150km from Parma to be visited by my doctor. My doctor with 2 cheap drugs solved the problem.

Professionalità, cortesia, organizzazione e velocità. Non sarei potuto capitare in posto migliore, e in effetti, mi sono informato e ho fatto le mie ricerche per arrivarci.
Probabilmente uno dei migliori centri in Italia, ma ripeto, la recensione è rivolta solo all'otorinolaringoiatria dove ho maturato la mia opinione in seguito ad intervento chirurgico.

Professionalism, courtesy, organization and speed. I could not have come to a better place, and in fact, I inquired and did my research to get there.
Probably one of the best centers in Italy, but then again, the review is aimed only at otolaryngology where I developed my opinion following surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caos nello scarso personale alla reception che deve occuparsi di più compiti contemporaneamente: rispondere al telefono, distribuire farmaci, prendere appuntamenti con i medici, prenotare e stampare visite specialistiche....ci sono momenti della giornata in cui si creano file di attesa e scontento negli utenti. Per non parlare delle prenotazioni telefoniche che richiedono tempi di attesa lunghissimi e a volte inutili. Disorganizzato al massimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al contrario del pronto soccorso generale dove purtroppo regna il caos per il carico di lavoro esagerato e pochi medici, qua è il contrario dove l'accettazione è inadeguata in piu medici presuntuosi, tra altro giovani, e pseudo oculisti penso specializzando che a mio parere hanno sbagliato mestiere... e questo è successo diverse volte spero chi di competenza prenda adeguati proveddimenti! !!!
