Bastava applicare un cartello con su scritto che le persone non possono sostare davanti i camerini, o magari usare un po’ di gentilezza, invece di aggredire i clienti. Camerino maschile e femminile insieme. Accompagno mio marito a provare due capi e le commesse cominciano a dire con tono arrogante alle persone che sostavano davanti ai camerini, quindi anche a me, di andare fuori perché non si poteva sostare. Con sguardo e tono insistente! Diceva ‘gentilmente!!!’, ma di gentile non aveva niente! Beh con le tende che si aprono e si intravede l’interno è normale che devo stare a sostare. Io che sono la moglie non posso, ma tu che sei la commessa puoi stare la davanti? No, fate perdere i clienti! Tempo di Covid dove i negozi chiudono si lamentano e oggi che hanno riaperto i negozi e hanno ripreso a lavorare si comportano così! Bel comportamento. Se non vi piace il lavoro che vi viene assegnato, CAMBIATELO!!! Ma non trattate con sgarbatezza i clienti! Che poi passa il prio di acquistare! Rude salesmen! '0' kindness. G	Giuseppa Ampola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è carino soprattutto per i ragazzi ma, purtroppo, l'esperienza in camerino è stata spiacevole, l'addetta è stata molto maleducata, per niente disponibile ad una esigenza particolare, è vero che entra solo chi deve provare ma considerato che si trattava di una ragazzina che aveva l'esigenza legittima che la mamma fosse con lei, poteva avere un po' di pazienza e saremmo uscire entrambe nel giro di pochi minuti invece di offendere senza freni. Penso che bisognerebbe scegliere e formare meglio il personale a sapersi comportare con il pubblico....e poi dicono che il cliente ha sempre ragione!!! Ringrazio la sicurezza, che la dipendente ha chiamato in suo soccorso (neanche avesse davanti una criminale), che mi ha chiesto scusa per l'accaduto al posto della maleducata. E	Emon Hoque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo a guardare come al solito i vestiti e ad un tratto la mia ragazza viene preso di mira dalla guardia senza alcun motivo, non so se è perché eravamo stranieri o cosa, ma la inseguiva manco fosse una criminale e dopo che ha finito di provare le cose la guardia ha iniziato a controllare il camerino nonostante il negozio era pieno di gente.. assurdo.. Dall’imbarazzo siamo usciti dal negozio a malapena siamo riusciti a comprare una sola cosa perché ci sentivamo a disagio, perché aveva gli occhi puntati solo su di lei.. Capisco che è il suo lavoro, ma puntare la gente così senza discrezione è da maleducati.. vi consiglio di mettere gente più qualificata.. Tutto è iniziato da quando sono entrata nel negozio ,gestito molto male, ho scelto i vestiti che volevo provarmi e sono andata ai camerini; entrata nei camerini una dipendente ha iniziato ad urlarmi addosso e dirmi di spostarmi ,poi mi ha mancata tantissimo di rispetto,ha detto che la ragazza(io) a quanto pare stavo impiegando troppo tempo a provare e che stessi facendo una sfilata di moda. Sono rimasta allibita ma ho deciso di lasciare perdere. La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stato quando ero in fila,in attesa di pagare in prodotti scelti , la stessa dipendente è passata di corsa dandomi una spinta e privandosi delle scuse. A quel punto mi sono lamentata con una sua collega che ha ignorato le mie dichiarazioni. Alla fine per colpa della dipendente che ha mancato di rispetto a me e penso anche ad altri ,una buona parte del negozio ha lasciato i vestiti sul bancone e se ne è andata. Casino totale ,le magliette sono rovinate,a tal punto che ho trovato pure una gomma da masticare su una di esse. Non capisco chi è che sceglie questi dipendenti, perché non fanno altro che allontanare clienti dal punto vendita.Pura maleducazione!!!!! Per me d’ora in poi questo negozio è dimenticato!!! At that point I complained to a colleague who ignored my statements. In the end due to the fault of the employee who disrespected me and I also think of others, a good part of the store left their clothes on the counter and left. Total casino, the shirts are ruined, so much so that I also found a chewing gum on one of them. I don't understand who chooses these employees, because they do nothing but send customers away from the sales point. For me from now on this shop is forgotten !!!
