Ho portato un bello di lana merinos con bande ed hanno infeltrito la lana, inoltre per riportarlo alle misure originali hanno rotto le bande che c'erano all'interno

Ho chiamato questa lavanderia per un piumone matrimoniale bianco.
il piumone non presentava macchie ma solo pelucchi da rimuovere. Ipotizzo che la busta per riportarlo indietro era un pò sporca, poichè trovato ciglia e e altri pelucchi. Consiglierei di dare più attenzione a questi dettagli.
Ho usufruito del servizio di domicilio (super rapido)

I put 3 stars as I was a little disappointed with the result.
I called this laundry room for a white double duvet.
the duvet had no stains but only lint to remove. I hypothesize that the envelope to bring him back was a bit dirty, as he found eyelashes and other lint. I would recommend paying more attention to these details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Sono venuti a portarci i vestiti con la consegna a domicilio e hanno scortato la metà delle cose. La seconda volta che sono tornati ancora mancava un capo. Dovevamo partire e non si muovevano a portarci tutte le nostre cose. Ero a Catania in vacanza, ora che son tornata a casa mi accorgo che manca una cordicina/cinta di un vestito..non ho parole..
Bad service. They came to bring us clothes with home delivery and escorted half of the things. The second time they returned, a leader was still missing. We had to leave and they didn't move to bring us all our things. I was in Catania on vacation, now that I'm back home I realize that a string / belt of a dress is missing .. I have no words ..
