Ho portato a lavare un Woolrich e nonostante le mille raccomandazioni, me l'ha consegnato pieno di macchie fatte da lei durante il lavaggio, senza nemmeno scusarsi. Anzi, al mio ribadire "come mai il giubbotto era in quelle condizioni", mi ha iniziato ad urlare dietro. Il giubbotto ora è inutilizzabile e parliamo di 600 euro di danni, dove la proprietaria se n'è completamente lavata le mani, con una scortesia inaudita.
