★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare, non hanno alcuna cura dei capi che trattano, li rovinano e poi si giustificano dicendo che non è colpa loro. Ho portato un giaccone con degli inserti in pelle, me lo hanno restituito in uno stato pietoso, la pelle tutta rovinata (specifico che me ne sono accorto a casa perchè non ha nemmeno avuto l'onestà di avvertirmi) sono ritornato e la signora mi ha detto che non è colpa sua che loro non garantiscono per quel tipo di superfici. Intanto è il suo lavoro e dovrebbe sapere come trattare la pelle, secondo doveva avvisarmi prima dicendomi che si sarebbe potuto rovinare, terzo una volta rovinato doveva dirmelo alla consegna. Poco professionale, poco competente, Maleducata e anche troppo caro il servizio. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
To avoid, they have no care of the leaders who treat, spoil them and then justify themselves by saying that it is not their fault. I brought a jacket with leather inserts, they returned it to me in a pitiful state, the skin all ruined (specific that I noticed at home because it didn't even have the honesty to warn me) I returned and the lady asked me said that it is not his fault that they do not guarantee for that type of surfaces. In the meantime it is his job and he should know how to treat the skin, according to he had to warn me first by telling me that it could have been ruined, third once he was ruined he had to tell me on delivery.
