S	Serena Casalini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio sartoria pessimo, improponibile : a partire dai 10 euro per un cambio cerniera di una felpa (da bambino) ad arrivare che dopo 3 ore (altro che tra un ora è pronta) mi è anche stato restituito il capo col collo bucato. Mai più. Bad tailoring service, impossible: starting from 10 euros for a zip change of a sweatshirt (as a child) to arrive that after 3 hours (more than an hour is ready) I have also been returned the garment with a hole in the neck. Never again.

Ma qualsiasi persona di buon senso capirebbe che , in un centro commerciale, è un po' difficile pretendere tale velocità. Troppi clienti, troppa roba da lavare . I often take clothes to wash, of any kind, and I have always enjoyed it. Of course, I am never in a hurry and therefore I do not care about delivery in an hour. But any sensible person would understand that, in a shopping center, it is a little difficult to expect such speed. Too many customers, too much to wash.

Poi staff non ingrado a spiegare niente, non sono risponsabile di niente. Sconsiglio pure mettere un piede li dentro. Professionalità zero. Mi hanno proposto cambiare cerniera con costi aggiuntivi.. My vacuum at this laundry is minus 100. I brought a new jacket to cool off, the zipper was totally ruined. Then the staff can't explain anything, I'm not responsible for anything. I also advise against putting a foot in there. Zero professionalism. I was offered to change the hinge with additional costs ..

Al secondo tentativo era pulito, ma con strane macchie che non c'erano prima. Rilavato una terza volta l'ho finalmente ritirato. Il tutto senza costi aggiuntivi, quindi non mi lamento, però se non l'avessi notato??? Inoltre tornare tre volte per un solo capo è stata un'enorme perdita di tempo. Un'esperienza non molto positiva. Una cosa buona c'è stata: il personale è sempre stato molto gentile. Valuterò se provare ancora. I washed a garment that did not come clean (clearly visible stain) and was made to me yet to brush. I pointed this out and it was re-washed to me. On the second try it was clean, but with strange stains that weren't there before. Relaved a third time I finally withdrew it. All at no additional cost, so I'm not complaining, but if I hadn't noticed it ??? Plus, coming back three times for just one garment was a huge waste of time. Not a very good experience. One good thing there was: the staff has always been very nice. I will consider whether to try again.

Mi sono insospettita perché i capi portati non avevano il profumo di lavanderia, in più la riparazione che ho richiesto non è stata eseguita. Porti a casa e ti accorgi dopo una o due settimane del fatto! La loro sfortuna è che per il servizio rapido pagherei anche il doppio. Adesso invece non ci andrò più!!! They only iron the garments they do not wash anything !!!! I got suspicious because the clothes I brought didn't smell like laundry, plus the repair I requested wasn't done. Bring home and you realize after a week or two of the fact! Their bad luck is that I would pay double for the quick service. Now, however, I will not go there anymore !!!
