Truly did not like it. I have been to Mexico and I do not think it has much to do with it (could be maybe from a different part of Mexico). Still the food didn't really have a great taste, except for hot spice which was too much and covered all the taste. The place is esthetically beautiful.

Expected more from this place.... I gave 3 stars for the following: great presentation & atmosphere, great staff, and clean. -- BUT The food... wow, I am sure they can do a better job on this. For a self claimed Mexican restaurant, the menu is far from that concept. // It is hard to get Mexican food already in Italy, I admit that, but at least give it a try to make it as close as possible if you are opening a Mex Restaurant. .. Not even the nachos were good. The menu doesn't have much to choose from, so in my head I was wondering if they decided to just focus on a few and make them darn'good... -_- No. That was not the case.... So we decided to order some that should be easy to make: burrito, nachos con carne, and enchiladas de pollo. /// the only good think on these 3 was the green chili sauce of the enchilada. ...... My burrito had no flavor and honestly it looked like it was broke down for an italian (with no disrespect to italians at all - but had not spicy, the rice was plain white, and came in a wrap like found on many of the paninis places around.. it did not looked like a burrito at all). I truly believe this place has a great potential, it already has a great location, decoration, a very charismatic staff..... but the food if just ruining the entire experience. ... I got to say, the best part was the bathroom, the toilets looked like were hand painted. ;)

Fast and friendly English speaking staff. Live classical Mexican music. And omg, the food! Everything was phenomenal. Being from a heavily Hispanic area of the United States, I'm highly critical of Mexican food - but this place had some of the best I've ever eaten. Can't say a bad thing about it. I am only in Rome for a week, but I will likely be back a second time.

Very good food, nice atmosphere, but a little more pricey than other Mexican restaurants. The best time to go is from 7-9 during their aperitivo hour which includes a liter of Sangria and food for three people at 10€ each.

The drinks here are excellent, some of the best we have found in Rome. Unfortunately you can't just order drinks. The fixed-price menu is €22 for a starter and main course (we hadn't realised this when we sat down. We only wanted something light and would have gone elsewhere if this had been clear). I ordered a vegetarian burrito which looked beautiful but tasted mainly of pickled chillies. My friend ordered chorizo but it wasn't what she was expecting (she thought it would be sausage but it was lumps of meat in a tomato sauce) and wasn't able to finish it. The place is is really nice and colourfully decorated. We'd be happy to go again if there were the option to have just drinks and snacks, and a menu with clear pricing.

This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever eaten at. The chef served cold, WET, SOGGY NACHOS. It was if he had sprayed them with water and let them sit 15 minutes before serving. When we sent them back, the chef came out of the kitchen to yell at us! The rest of the food was extremely low-quality, as if they had bought the most basic canned ingredients from the supermarket next door and thrown them together (with little inspiration from legit Mexican cuisine). The food actually made me feel ill. I'd strongly recommend against!
