★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo diversi anni di problemi con ansia e attacchi di panico, ho scelto finalmente di essere aiutato da un terapeuta. La mia difficoltà nel cercarlo era dovuta al fatto che, con la psicologia tradizionale non trovavo benefici. Per fortuna ho trovato la dott.sa Francesca Gastaldi. Rispetto agli altri psicologi, lei mi ha supportato con un approccio completamente divesrso. Non si è fermata solo al sintomo, ma mi ha aiutato a rivedere la mia persona, mi ha fatto vedere dov'erano i blocchi. Ero convinto che il mio problema fosse il lavoro, invece mi ha fatto capire che era molto più profondo. In più mi ha insegnato diverse tecniche da utilizzare anche al di fuori delle sedute. Le ho provate e funzionano. In conclusione, non credo avrei potuto trovare una terapeuta migliore. Grazie!! La consiglio vivamente!!

Compared to other psychologists, you supported me with a completely different approach. Not only did she stop at the symptom, she helped me see my person again, she showed me where the blocks were. I was convinced that my problem was work, instead it made me realize that it was much deeper. In addition, he taught me several techniques to be used even outside the sessions. I tried them and they work. In conclusion, I don't think I could have found a better therapist. Thanks!! I highly recommend it !!
