★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza spiacevole. Per un preventivo per una sostituzione di uno schermo (da vedere a catalogo) pretendevano che io lasciassi il computer. Inoltre, per risolvere il problema allo schermo hanno consigliato l'utilizzo di collutorio, il quale non solo si è rivelato inutile, ma ha anche necessitato di un bel lavoro per essere rimosso.. Sconsigliatissimo.
In seguito, come feedback alla recensione da parte dei proprietari, vengo addirittura sbeffeggiato. Probabilmente l'esperienza nel settore non è quella millantata né, tantomeno, si riscontra una politica di fidelizzazione dei clienti. Di sicuro non metterò più piede qui.
Unpleasant experience. For a quote for a screen replacement (to be seen in the catalog) they demanded that I leave the computer. In addition, to solve the problem with the screen they recommended the use of mouthwash, which not only proved useless, but also needed a lot of work to be removed .. Not recommended.
Later, as feedback from the owners to the review, I am even mocked. Probably the experience in the sector is not the one boasted, nor is there a customer loyalty policy. I will certainly never set foot here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto necessità di recarmi da PRT più volte e per motivi diversi sia per MAC sia per iPhone, sempre risolti i problemi in tempi rapidi con attenzione e profesionalità. Per mia distrazione ho compromesso un App e per cercare di rimediare ho peggiorato la situazione. Ho portato il MacBook Air e il signor Emanuele ha detto "non so se sarà possibile recuperare l'App ci provo". Dopo aver "smanettato" dice spero vada altrimenti lo dovrò trattenere il Mac e si vedrà, come speravo con tranquillità disarmante mi dice fatto!!!! Professionalità, attenzione come sempre e alla mia richiesta di compenso con un cordiale sorriso dice a posto così!!! Un semplice grazie e niente di più. Devo solo replicare il mio grazie e constatare l'efficienza della loro professionalità.
I needed to go to PRT several times and for different reasons for both MAC and iPhone, always solving problems quickly with attention and professionalism. For my distraction I compromised an App and to try to fix it I made the situation worse. I brought the MacBook Air and Mr. Emanuele said "I don't know if it will be possible to retrieve the App I'll try". After having "hacked" he says I hope it goes otherwise I'll have to keep the Mac and you'll see, as I hoped with disarming tranquility he tells me done !!!! Professionalism, attention as always and to my request for compensation with a friendly smile he says all right !!! A simple thank you and nothing more. I just have to reply my thanks and see the efficiency of their professionalism.
