★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto che avrebbero richiamato subito. Non è successo. Il loro risponditore è un disastro, solitamente termina in un suono continuo e fastidioso dopo attesa inutile. Tutto ciò è molto poco professionale.
I called and they replied that they would call back immediately. It didn't happen. Their responder is a disaster, usually ending in a continuous and annoying sound after unnecessary waiting. All of this is very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per qualcuno abituato ad usare il computer ogni giorno per mille cose diverse, vedere la classica schermata blu è quasi un colpo al cuore.
Dopo vari giorni alla ricerca di qualcuno cui rivolgermi, ho scoperto ComputerArt, e viste le ottime recensioni ho deciso di provare.
Mi sono trovata benissimo. Dopo aver mandato una mail, sono stata subito ricontattata e velocemente abbiamo fissato un appuntamento.
Ho trovato in Maurizio una persona squisita, onesta, chiara e competente. In pochissimo tempo il mio laptop è tornato a nuova vita, ed io ho imparato varie cose che mi torneranno sicuramente utili per una migliore manutenzione e nel caso volessi comprare qualcosa di diverso in futuro.
Se cercate qualcuno di cui fidarvi, sapendo che non avrete sorprese sul prezzo, sarete trattati con correttezza e in tempi rapidissimi, ComputerArt è sicuramente per voi.

After several days looking for someone to turn to, I discovered ComputerArt, and given the excellent reviews I decided to try.

Serietà, professionalità e soprattutto onestà, ho parlato con Maurizio che è stato gentilissimo e prodigo di consigli (assolutamente disinteressati!) anche per l'acquisto del nuovo laptop. Se avrò ancora bisogno mi rivolgerò sicuramente a loro!
I contacted ComputerArt based on the excellent reviews, and I must say that they were all well deserved! Seriousness, professionalism and above all honesty, I spoke with Maurizio who was very kind and generous with advice (absolutely uninterested!) Also for the purchase of the new laptop. If I still need it I will definitely turn to them!
