You can only buy whole hams or huge portions that if you don't have the slicer at home you don't know how to cut .... impractical

A splendid reality! Kindness and cordiality of Massimiliano who explained the history of the company and the manufacturing processes to us. I loved the sausages with orange peel and their spicy salami and of course the delicious ham!

Buona scelta, ma sono profondamente deluso della poca serietà; di solito si và a fare la spesa in fabbrica perché i prezzi sono più convenienti, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata negativa. Ho comprato delle confezioni di coppiette pagate 10€ cada uno, poi scopro che al Carrefour le vendevano a 5,90€ a confezione, immaginate il mio stupore e delusione; considerando il viaggio ed il tempo per raggiungere Bassiano.
Ancient ham processing factory.
Good choice, but I am deeply disappointed with the lack of seriousness; we usually go shopping at the factory because the prices are cheaper, but unfortunately my experience was negative. I bought packs of couples paid € 10 each, then I discover that at Carrefour they sold them for € 5.90 per pack, imagine my amazement and disappointment; considering the journey and the time to reach Bassiano.
