Parcheggio libero sia davanti che sul retro del prosciuttificio. Area attrezzata per poter pranzare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente da tornare e stra consigliato.
 Excellent products of various kinds. It is possible to buy pre-sliced cured meats and eat them on the spot before making purchases. Free parking both in front and at the back of the ham factory. Equipped area for dining. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely to come back and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CONSIGLIATO PERCHÉ: comodo rispetto ai percorsi automobilistici, economico, prosciutto delizioso, alla buona come deve essere un posto rustico di montagna. DA PROVARE: prendere il prosciutto e le birre affumicate e banchettare da asporto sotto al tendone (no pagamento di coperti) . Bravi davvero!
RECOMMENDED BECAUSE: convenient compared to car routes, cheap, delicious ham, as good as a rustic mountain place should be. TO TRY: take the ham and smoked beers and take away feast under the awning (no payment of covers). Really good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stelle soltanto perché non era possibile fare degustazioni. Superlativo il prosciutto crudo affumicato e la ricotta di pecora affumicata. Buonissimi anche gli altri affettati. Tappa obbligatoria.
4 stars only because it was not possible to do tastings. The smoked raw ham and the smoked sheep ricotta are superb. The other cold cuts are also delicious. Obligatory stop.
