Ho ordinato salsiccia e soppressata, la prima secchissima si vedeva che era un prodotto troppo stagionato difficile anche nella masticazione ma la cosa peggiore con pezzi di nervi all'interno!la soppressata che normalmente è effettuata con carne scelta e magra con qualche pezzetto tagliato grosso di grasso, aveva grasso più del dovuto!parlo così perché i miei nonni preparavano, salami salsicce e salumi vari quindi conosco bene la tradizione e i pezzi che vanno selezionati per confezionare i salumi. Risposta: se vuole ho le foto!la carne deve essere venduta un po' meno dura!la salsiccia ha i nervi!sarà il mio palato troppo fine, abituata a mangiare salumi fatti in casa, fatti in maniera dove si selezionava carne diversa e mi aspettavo qsa come quelli fatti dai miei nonni!tutto qua..i suoi salumi saranno sicuramente giusti per tante persone ci mancherebbe! non per me.
