La mindricule leggermente affumicata per me è stata una piacevolissima scoperta: é un salume veramente straordinario. Non la conoscevo (mi è stata magnificata e caldamente consigliata da un abitante del posto. Aveva ragione!) Tornerò sicuramente a fare scorta di quello e di altri prodotti alla mia prossima visita da quelle parti. Complimenti vivissimi per l'ottimo lavoro. ??? Truly AMAZING products.? Per iniziare un vassoio di due tipi di crudo di 18 e 24 mesi a dir poco divini, ci hanno portato un vassoio di affettati di loro produzione veramente eccezionali. Degna di nota particolare la pancetta…sublime! Infine una selezione di formaggi locali di diverse stagionature buoni davvero! Tutto annaffiato da ottime birre friulane e Pinot nero del collo o.
