Ambulanza del 112, su richiesta del servizio di cura domiciliare per il covid, ha portato mio padre in ps per analisi del sangue e raggi. Dopo 3h e mezza di attesa, chiuso in una stanza senza nemmeno accesso al bagno, ha chiesto di poter tornare a casa perché stanco e sfinito, data la febbre a 39. Lo hanno lasciato andare senza remore.
Chiamiamo, il giorno successivo, per spiegazioni e ci dicono, sostanzialmente, che un paziente di 77 anni positivo al covid con febbre a 39 da 12 giorni e saturazione a 90 è un codice verde, che può aspettare e che prima passino le urgenze tipo una gamba rotta.

Ambulance of 112, at the request of the home care service for the covid, took my father to ps for blood analysis and x-rays. After 3 and a half hours of waiting, locked in a room without even access to the bathroom, he asked to be allowed to go home because he was tired and exhausted, given the fever of 39. We call, the next day, for explanations and they basically tell us that a 77-year-old patient positive for covid with a fever of 39 from 12 days and saturation at 90 is a green code, which can wait and that first the urgencies such as a broken leg.
