Arriva senza mascherina e già qui, prima brutta sorpresa. Poi per un consulto di 2 minuti (per cose già ampiamente dibattute al telefono) chiede 50€ di chiamata. State alla larga. Contattato per una possibile ricarica al clima e un difetto su uno split, si presenta a casa una specie di "tecnico" senza mascherina, inizia a fare una sorta di igienizzazione dei filtri (ha spruzzato una schiuma sulle batterie e ha fatto lavare a me i filtri, grazie) da me mai richiesta me e che a suo parere doveva essere obbligatoria a causa del Covid... 30 min di lavoro ha avuto il coraggio di chiedere 190 euro (50€ di chiamata + 70 a climatizzatore per igienizzazione mai richeista da me, 150 senza fattura...) inoltre ha sporcato mezzo mondo mobili e quadri e cornici comprese con i suoi spray... infine il problema che avevo è rimasto mai più! Ladri!!! Bad service.
