Sono stata servita subito con la solita gentilezza e solerzia, in questo caso dal Dott.Farmacista Enrico. Quando leggono le ricette propongono subito i "generici"! Ha spiegato a mio marito come/quando assumere i farmaci. C'è la possibilità di fare analisi veloci del colesterolo e della glicemia. Hanno una grande quantità e qualità di prodotti da banco, con tutte le marche migliori. Qualità e prezzo equi, anche offerte convenienti! Per il Cup hanno un angolo appartato apposito per garantire la privacy. Possibilità facilissima di parcheggio proprio davanti. Non faccio elenchi di nomi, ma TUTTO lo Staff merita il plauso per l'efficienza e la professionalità. La Dott.Claudia nonostante fossi servita, si è avvicinata con un dolce sorriso per salutarmi affabilmente e chiedermi come stavo, sapendo di alcune mie vicissitudini di salute! Sembrano piccoli particolari, ma fanno la differenza . ???Mi hanno anche informata che chiederanno per ferie la settimana di Ferragosto. I went yesterday in this Pharmacy. Lavorano anche in un quartiere di Bologna un po' "complicato", e, per questo, vanno apprezzati ancora di più! In questo periodo di Covid-19 credo abbiano veramente vissuto l'inferno... eppure, sono sempre li': -a rispondere gentilmente al telefono -a servire tutti con concentrazione e pazienza! Hanno il volto molto stanco; mi fanno anche tenerezza! Io li ringrazio per tutto quello che fanno per i cittadini del Quartiere Barca di Bologna. Grazie davvero. Then... Prima di covid era tra le pochissime farmacie della città che davano il numerino per i diversamente abili e per le incinte,in modo da non fare la fila . Stamattina ci sono andato,ho dovuto prenotare degli esami e acquistare dei medicinali,staff perfetto,educato professionale,competente e svelto, più di così!!! È Rarissimo che senta dire "quel medicinale l'ho terminato quindi lo debbo ordinare"???? ?Do un consiglio a tutti gli utenti, Evitate le farmacie comunali? Ci sono andato e ho prenotato il Vaccino per il mese di maggio,poi ci sono tornato per quello della mia signora sempre per maggio, personale sempre all'altezza ad ogni situazione,bravi, ??? Abbiamo prenotato anche la terza dose di vaccino per il mese di dicembre,organizzazione e staff al TOP,sempre,la straConsiglio. È la migliore Farmacia sulla piazza??? Sono andato in farmacia venerdì 7 gennaio/22 per ritirare dei medicinali e cup,vista la nuova situazione covid Peggiorata con omicron tantissima gente in fila già da ore,tamponi a raffica,un Malcontento generale,comunque lo staff interno sempre Eccellente, dalla mattina alla sera si fanno un bel mazzo,più di cosi????? Ho allegato foto della tecnologia all'esterno della Farmacia Privata per prenotarsi,bravi.Vogliamo anche parlare della tecnologia interna?
