Con mio marito siamo venuti per due sere e siamo stati benissimo .ottime le tagliatelle al tartufo e i ravioli. Buonissimo il roast beef al tartufo.e che dire delle salsicce...fatte proprio come si deve .E poi abbiamo mangiato con piatti di ceramica bicchieri di vetro e forchette vere ...niente plastica. I camerieri dello staff anche se giovanissimi e non professionali sono comunque stati all'altezza...bravi. The truffle festival in Chiusi della Verna remains for me one of the best festivals in Arezzo. In addition to the goodness of the menu with quality raw materials, I found an excellent organization by all the staff. With my husband we came for two evenings and we had a great time. Excellent truffle tagliatelle and ravioli. The roast beef with truffles was delicious and what about the sausages ... made just as it should be. And then we ate with ceramic plates, glass glasses and real forks ... no plastic. The waiters of the staff, even if very young and unprofessional, were still at the height ... good.

Mi ero recato alla sagra del tartufo con l'intenzione di pranzare allo stand della proloco ma la disorganizzazione mi ha fatto scappare via, infatti alle 11 circa, visto che lo stand gastronomico apriva alle 12, mi sono avviato verso le casse, ed ho visto che all'ingresso del ristorante c'era già una fila, su cinque linee, di una ventina di metriche aspettava le 12 per poter entrare, dopo aver fatto il biglietto con l'ordine, ma la cosa assurda era una fila, all'unica cassa aperta, di circa 50/60metri, naturalmente su due tre linee... Assurdo. Very bad experience, so much so that I left.
