★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' già il secondo ordine che faccio da loro, il primo è stato una fornitura molto ampia per mio mio laboratorio e la merce non ha presentato nessun difetto e tutto era ok, dopo 1 mese circa ho avuto problemi con un pezzo del tritacarne che una volta contattati mi è stato subito accettato la garanzia senza fare troppe storie e inviato subito pezzo di ricambio, anche per l'ultimo ordine effetuato tutto ok sul prodotto e tempi di spedizione.
Davvero molto presenti per tutto il processo di acquisto e anche i prezzi tra i più competitivi del mercato, li consiglio sicuramente !

Really very present throughout the purchase process and also the prices among the most competitive on the market, I definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato, per prima volta,la settimana scorsa su Projectfood e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta sia per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che per la velocità di consegna. Ho apprezzato molto che, appena ho compilato il form di richiesta di informazioni su un articolo, mi hanno telefonato dopo 5 minuti, in modo che ho potuto fare le mie domande del caso e in questo modo mi hanno convinto ad acquistare da loro anziché da un altro sito. Molto buona l'assistenza telefonica per quanto riguarda la spedizione. Sicuramente mi rivolgerò ancora a loro in futuro, quando ne avrò bisogno. Bravi, continuate così
I bought, for the first time, last week on Projectfood and I was very satisfied with both the quality / price ratio and the delivery speed. I really appreciated that, as soon as I filled out the information request form on an item, they phoned me after 5 minutes, so that I could ask my relevant questions and in this way they convinced me to buy from them instead of a other site. The telephone assistance for shipping is very good. I will definitely turn to them again in the future when I need them. Well done, keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un’intera cucina x il mio ristorante molti prodotti arrivati bollati non hanno accettato il reso perché era già stato aperto i materiali sono scadenti e non uguali a come mi erano stati presentati ho dovuto cambiare friggitrice lavastoviglie e ricaricare tutti i frighi del gas perché insufficiente macchina del sottovuoto con guarnizione rovinata mi sono stati chiesti 50€+ iva poi comprata in un magazzino vicino a me a € 10 armadi in acciaio con porte scorrevoli con battenti in plastica rotti (senza sbattere) dopo poco tempo nessuna garanzia tritacarne con coltelli difettosi chiami e ti fanno attendere un bel po di tempo facendoti rimbalzare da un venditore all’altro alla fine ti dicono che mandano un tecnico ma a spese tue!!! Meglio aggiustarsi da solo esperienza molto negativa bisogna esssere più professionali e cercare di venire incontro ai clienti!sicuramente x la nuova pizzeria cercherò altrove le attrezzature

Better to fix yourself very negative experience you have to be more professional and try to meet the customers! Surely for the new pizzeria I will look for the equipment elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo premettere che sono già diversi ordini che effettuo con loro e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene sia per i prezzi molto competitivi sia per la qualità dei prodotti!! L’ultimo ordine, però, non mi ha soddisfatto in pieno in quanto, lasciando da parte il discorso qualità/prezzo che come già detto è ottimo, ha disatteso le mie aspettative. In pratica sul sito era specificato che il prodotto sarebbe arrivato in 15 gg lavorativi ma purtroppo non è stato così perché dal 20/12/2021 la merce è arrivata il 07/02/2022. Chiedendo spiegazioni mi è stato risposto che non dipendeva da loro ma dal fornitore e dalla situazione covid. Scuse non accettate!! Bastava specificarlo al momento dell’ordine poi lì avrei deciso io se procedere o meno ad ordinare la merce. Peccato!! Anche se credo che continuerò a servirmi da loro!! Errare umanum est!!

The last order, however, did not fully satisfy me as, leaving aside the quality / price issue which, as already mentioned, is excellent, it failed to meet my expectations. In practice, on the site it was specified that the product would arrive in 15 working days but unfortunately this was not the case because from 20/12/2021 the goods arrived on 07/02/2022. Asking for explanations, I was told that it did not depend on them but on the supplier and the covid situation. Excuses not accepted !! It was enough to specify it at the time of ordering and then I would decide whether or not to proceed with ordering the goods. Pity!! Although I believe I will continue to serve myself from them !! Errare humanum est !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto una piastra danneggiata, ma il cartone non presentava danni quindi non ho segnalato nulla all'arrivo. Una volta visto il danno l'ho comunque testata per un paio di giorni per verificarne il funzionamento, dopodiché ho contattato il servizio clienti per chiederne la sostituzione con una più potente. Risposta senza tanti complimenti: "non si effettuano resi con partita IVA" e "avrebbe dovuto segnalarlo immediatamente al corriere" (impossibile visto che il pacco non presentava danni, motivo per cui penso l'abbiamo inviata già danneggiata).
Condizioni generali di vendita completamente sbilanciate a favore della loro azienda a discapito del consumatore. Sconsigliatissimo!
I received a damaged plate, but the carton was undamaged so I didn't report anything upon arrival. Once I saw the damage, however, I tested it for a couple of days to verify its operation, then I contacted customer service to ask for it to be replaced with a more powerful one. Answer without many compliments: "no returns with VAT number are made" and "he should have reported it immediately to the courier" (impossible since the package was undamaged, which is why I think we sent it already damaged).
General conditions of sale completely unbalanced in favor of their company to the detriment of the consumer. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mienten, por un horno de cuatro pizzas en publicidad dicen €1200, cuando he arribado a la tienda dicen €1800. Así no se trabaja. (La atención al cliente a sido muy amable)
They lie, for an oven of four pizzas in advertising they say €1200, when I arrived at the store they say €1800. That's not how it works. (Customer service has been very friendly)

Il sevizio clienti e l’ufficio commerciale che mi hanno seguita sono di un livello superiore alla media.
L’acquisto è stato semplice e veloce, la consegna è avvenuta dopo 24 h dal pagamento. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti del prodotto che abbiamo acquistato ( lavabicchieri). Essendo la prima volta che ci siamo affidati ad un sito online per un’attrezzatura così importante, sicuramente compreremo la restante attrezzatura da loro. Grazie!
