★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La linea internet air evolution (via etere) è disponibile anche nelle zone non servite dall'adsl via cavo e questo è davvero un servizio molto utile nonché praticamente esclusivo nelle zone collinari come la mia, metto 4 stelle perché la velocità della rete è ancora un po' bassa e sicuramente migliorabile
 The air evolution internet line (over the air) is also available in areas not served by cable ADSL and this is really a very useful and practically exclusive service in hilly areas like mine, I put 4 stars because the speed of the network is still a little low and certainly improved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio perché vengono offerti 7 mega ma in realtà quasi sempre se ne ricevono poco più della metà. Upload scarsissimo. Ovviamente la direzione pensa di più all'economico che alla soddisfazione del cliente. Peccato .... vedere che nel Monferrato si facciano ancora errori simili. Ma non c'è nessun problema. Ci sono gestori migliori!! Siamo mica negli anni 70!!
Bad service because they are offered 7 megs but in reality almost always they receive just over half of them. Very poor upload. Obviously the management thinks more of the economic than customer satisfaction. Too bad .... to see that similar mistakes are still made in Monferrato. But there is no problem. There are better managers !! We are not in the 70s !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vedo l'ora di finire il contratto con voi non prende bene più dopo che vi paghiamo là fattura dobbiamo sempre tribulare ché dite di non aver pagato . mettetevi aposto per favore , è un anno che andiamo avanti con questa roba.
I can't wait to finish the contract with you it doesn't take well anymore after we pay you the invoice we always have to worry because you say you have not paid. Please make it a point, we've been going on with this stuff for a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I primi tempo sono sempre i migliori... anche in questo frangente il detto viene confermato. La rete funziona bene assicurandoti una ottima velocità e una rete costante. Poi (quando il cliente crede di essere soddisfatto) cominciano i disservizi, non tanto sulla velocità ma sulla costanza del segnale. L'assistenza è disponibile a rispondere e a risolvere il problema, ma dopo qualche settimana torna tutto come prima. Del tutto SCONSIGIATO
The first times are always the best ... even at this juncture the saying is confirmed. The network works well ensuring you have excellent speed and a constant network. Then (when the customer believes he is satisfied) the disservices begin, not so much on the speed but on the constancy of the signal. Assistance is available to answer and solve the problem, but after a few weeks everything returns as before. Totally NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse dare meno di una stella lo farei volentieri. La connessione è indecente (sotto i 3mb) i costi enormi. Pago per affitto router (vecchio di anni) per opzione voce (+le chiamate) e 39,90€ per una connessione scadente e instabile con continui problemi che una assistenza pressoché inesistente non ti risolve mai. Una vergona!! Credo che lavorino solo perché nei nostri comune ci sono pochissime alternative. Io appena ne avrò una li saluterò con grandissimo piacere.
If you could give less than one star I would gladly do it. The connection is gross (under 3mb) the huge costs. I pay for router rental (years old) for voice option (+ calls) and € 39.90 for a poor and unstable connection with continuous problems that an almost non-existent assistance never solves you. A shame !! I believe they only work because there are very few alternatives in our municipalities. As soon as I have one, I will greet them with great pleasure.
