★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato benissimo con il titolare Matteo, impostazione più informale rispetto ad altre agenzie immobiliari più "blasonate" ma alla fine il risultato della compravendita è andato perfettamente a buon fine. Super consigliato.
I had a great time with the owner Matteo, a more informal setting than other more "noble" real estate agencies but in the end the result of the sale was perfectly successful. Super recommended.

Laiti Maurizio, ho trovato molta disponibilità e professionalità nell'accontentare tutte le mie esigenze (ho venduto tramite loro e nello stesso tempo comprato da loro) per cui sono stata seguita nei minimi dettagli nella compravendita, felicissima del mio acquisto, quindi la consiglio vivamente.
Excellent professional agency, in fact it was recommended to me by a friend and I must say that I was very well advised. In the person of Mr. Laiti Maurizio, I found a lot of availability and professionalism in satisfying all my needs (I sold through them and at the same time bought from them) so I was followed in the smallest details in the sale, very happy with my purchase, so I highly recommend it.

Siamo rimasti colpiti e incuriositi dalla pubblicità trovata sul web, che si differenzia notevolmente dalla consuetudine. L'ambiente giovane, piacevole, moderno e al contempo vintage nello stile, ci ha convinto. Abbiamo trovato nella coppia di agenti (marito e moglie) due professionisti che hanno saputo accoglierci e spiegarci con attenzione il loro metodo di lavoro. Risultato: vendita in meno di un mese.

On the occasion of the choice to sell our property, we relied on Proimmobiliare. We were struck and intrigued by the advertising found on the web, which differs considerably from the custom. The young, pleasant, modern and at the same time vintage atmosphere convinced us. We found in the couple of agents (husband and wife) two professionals who were able to welcome us and carefully explain their working method. Result: sale in less than a month.
What more can we say?

L'esperienza è più che positiva, professionali e molto celeri nel portar a termine ogni incombenza burocratica, sgravando non poco l'acquirente ed il cessionario. Complimenti.

Mi sono interfacciata con la titolare Luana, una persona molto competente, professionale, che ha ascoltato ed esaudito ogni mia richiesta ed anche molto simpatica. Mi ha proposto diversi appartamenti e in poco meno di un mese ho trovato la casa perfetta per me. Mi ha colpito particolarmente il fatto che Luana, una volta conclusa la vendita, nonostante non fosse tenuta a farlo, mi abbia seguita anche in tutte le fasi successive fino al rogito. Consiglio vivamente questa agenzia!
At the end of November 2021 I turned to Proimmobiliare to buy a house. I interfaced with the owner Luana, a very competent, professional person, who listened and fulfilled my every request and was also very nice. He offered me several apartments and in just under a month I found the perfect house for me. I was particularly struck by the fact that Luana, once the sale was completed, although she was not required to do so, also followed me in all the subsequent phases up to the deed. I highly recommend this agency!
