 Disappointed by other agencies we turned to them now discouraged of not being able to sell our apartment ... well ... once we gave them the job within a week we did it ... sold ours apartment and bought new house. Thank you very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, l'annuncio mostrava 20 mq in più di quelli della planimetria della casa, ho telefonato per spiegazioni e non me ne hanno fornite limitandosi a dire "i muri sono spessi quindi non sono calpestabili" ma la piantina quadrata mostrava all'esterno una differente metratura. Spese di agenzia DOPPIE rispetto alla media di mercato, e provano a giustificarsi dicendo che è commisurato alla mediazione che riescono a fare. Poco professionali nonchè anche non seri
Bad, the ad showed 20 square meters more than the floor plan of the house, I phoned for explanations and they didn't give me any, just saying "the walls are thick so they can't be walked on" but the square map showed a different one on the outside square footage. Agency fees DOUBLE compared to the market average, and they try to justify themselves by saying that it is commensurate with the mediation they are able to do. Unprofessional as well as not serious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos atendieron muy amablemente y nos ofrecieron unos auriculares para hacernos de traductor y que nos entendieramos bien, nos indagaron sobre lo que buscábamos para adaptar opciones.
El hombre fue muy amable, no obstante no son una inmobiliaria en si mismo entiendo que el servicio que ofrecen es cobrar un monto fijo para ofrecerte departamentos, si bien no cobran comisión por el alquiler cobran por ayudarte a buscar un alquiler.
