R	Riccardo Romagnoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza non positiva Non posso parlare per tutta l´agenzia ma della persona con cui ho avuto a che fare; ci é stato proposto un appartamento di 50mq con riscaldamento ed acqua calda compreso, solo poche utenze elettriche da aggiungere con contratto privato, televisione e divano letto. L´appartamento risultava piccolo ma lo abbiamo preso comunque. all´atto del pagamento della tassa rifiuti la superficie catastale é risultata essere 32 (TRENTADUE) mq Durante la prima visita con mia moglie ragionavamo ad alta voce sul fatto che le uniche utenze fossero il piano cottura il forno ed il frigo, poca spesa che giustificava affitto alto. All´atto della redazione del contratto con la proprietá é venuto fuori che l´acqua calda NON era compresa ma che c´era il boiler nel controsoffitto (quindi non visibile) !. La televisione non c´era e il divano non era letto. L´agente ha anche omesso di dire alla proprietá che avevamo un cane, cosa che era stata comunicata durante la visita (e il cane era con noi) e che la proprietá ha scoperto durante la stipula dato che di nuovo il cane era con noi. Infine la spesa per l´agenzia, due mensilitá, si sono rivelate essere due mensilitá PIU´IVA. non discuto sul fatto che sia normale, ma se mi chiedi 1800€ non puoi pretendere che mi presenti con 2200 ! fate attenzione Not a positive experience I cannot speak for the whole agency but about the person I have dealt with; We have been offered a 50sqm apartment with heating and hot water included, only a few electric utilities to be added with a private contract, television and sofa bed. The apartment was small but we took it anyway. upon payment of the waste tax, the cadastral area was found to be 32 (THIRTY-TWO) square meters During the first visit with my wife we reasoned out loud about the fact that the only utilities were the hob, the oven and the fridge, a small expense that justified the high rent. At the time of drafting the contract with the property it turned out that hot water was NOT included but that there was a boiler in the false ceiling (therefore not visible)!. There was no television and the sofa was not read. The agent also failed to tell the property that we had a dog, which was communicated during the visit (and the dog was with us) and that the property found out during the stipulation as the dog was with us again. Finally, the expenditure for the agency, two months, turned out to be two months PLUS VAT. I don't argue that it's normal, but if you ask me for 1800 € you can't expect me to present me with 2200! be careful

Ho provato più volte a prendere un appuntamento per una locazione... non solo non sono riuscita a fissarlo, ma mi ha buttato giù il telefono e non ha più risposto. Fortunatamente ci sono agenzie immobiliari più serie e professionali. SCONSIGLIATISSIMA Professionalism is not for everyone. Surely the one who defines himself as a professional is absolutely not. I tried several times to make an appointment for a rental ... not only could I not fix it, but he knocked my phone down and never answered. Fortunately, there are more serious and professional real estate agencies. NOT RECOMMENDED
