★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una compravendita l’agenzia serve per mediare e supportare le parti, purtroppo non abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento paritario, l’agenzia ha avuto un occhio di riguardo per la parte venditrice a discapito nostro.
Le informazioni che ci sono state fornite erano forfettarie e la documentazione che ci è stata fornita durante ed all’atto dell’acquisto era incompleta. L’immobile e’ stato comprato a scopo di rendita, abbiamo chiesto alcune info e consigli, ci sono state date informazioni errate ( lo abbiamo scoperto tramite altra agenzia ).
Pagato caro un servizio non ricevuto, anzi se non ci fossero stati sarebbe stato più semplice.
In a sale, the agency serves to mediate and support the parties, unfortunately we have not received equal treatment, the agency has had an eye for the seller to our detriment.
The information that was provided to us was flat-rate and the documentation that was provided to us during and at the time of purchase was incomplete. The property was bought for an income, we asked for some info and advice, we were given incorrect information (we discovered this through another agency).
Paid expensive for a service not received, indeed if there had not been it would have been easier.
