Il rogito lo abbiamo ricevuto circa una settimana dopo aver firmato il preliminare e durante la fase preliminare non si è parlato di mancanza di agibilità, anzi avete dichiarato il falso, è tutto scritto e controfirmato.
Sulla perdita di tempo siamo d'accordo, adesso mi ritrovo anche senza casa, senza il mio assegno e con diverse spese
Per recuperare ho dovuto contattarvi tramite avvocato, ma avete risposto con un 2 di picche, false giustificazioni ed un comportamento abbastanza infantile.
Il rimborso delle spese sostenute di certo non spetta a lei, ma il suo cliente si è rifiutato anche di parlare con me.
Ultima cosa, la casa anche non avendo agibilità e riapparsa subito online e spero con tutto il cuore che il prossimo cliente sappia tutto fin dall'inizio, ora che siete sicuramente a conoscenza della mancanza di agibilità dell'appartamento

Stefano e il suo staff ci hanno cambiato la vita.
Dal giorno in cui ha preso incarico ogni settimana avevamo almeno 1 / 2 appuntamento e nel giro di 3/4 mesi abbiamo venduto casa al prezzo pattuito... ANZI, ci ha anche consigliato un ottimo broker.
Stefano insieme a tutto il suo staff sono stati sempre disponibili e ci venivano incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. Soldi ben spesi. Ha pensato tutto lui tra documenti pratiche notaio etc.
Non finiremo mai di ringrazire Stefano per l'ottimo lavoro che ha svolto con noi.
Ottimi collaboratori tra cui la segretaria e il suo assistente Antonino.
Fidatevi, affidatevi a lui, la Tecnorete di Bollate sono i migliori che possiate affidare la vostra casa.
