T	Taty Cardaci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza con l'agenzia di Bollate assolutamente negativa. Difformità di vario genere con tanto di sanatoria da effettuarsi. A mio avviso per l'ingente spesa che si sostiene quale compenso di intermediazione, il minimo che l'agente immobiliare dovrebbe garantire è la verifica della conformità dell'immobile e l eventuale regolarizzazione, prima che venga firmato un compromesso e si percepiscano le commissioni. Nel nostro caso ciò non è avvenuto e la sistemazione catastale dell'immobile è avvenuta quasi un anno dopo la sottoscrizione del compromesso con il relativo pagamento del compenso all'agenzia per il lavoro di intermediazione (???). Il tutto contornato e aggravato da una grande scortesia e non da meno da un palese schieramento a favore di chi ha taciuto la difformità senza tutela della parte lesa. I peggiori soldi spesi! Absolutely negative experience with the Bollate agency. Differences of various kinds with a lot of amnesty to be carried out. In my opinion, for the huge expense that is incurred as brokerage compensation, the minimum that the real estate agent should guarantee is the verification of the conformity of the property and any regularization, before a compromise is signed and commissions are received. In our case this did not happen and the cadastral arrangement of the property took place almost a year after the signing of the agreement with the relative payment of the remuneration to the agency for the intermediation work (???). All surrounded and aggravated by a great rudeness and not least by a clear line-up in favor of those who have kept silent about the discrepancy without protection of the injured party. The worst money spent!
