Nessun calcolo della potenza richiesta infatti è stata necessaria la sostituzione a pagamento del focolare con uno di potenza adeguata. Necessaria pure sostisuzione successiva della canna fumaria installata dal sign Noriller inadeguata alle specifiche della stufa da lui venduta. Durante la progettazione era prevista la costruzione del giro di fumi, e l'accumulo di calore. Giro di fumio mai installato per mancanza di spazio all'interno della stufa (ma pagato) e accumulo fatto con una decina di mattoni refrattari appoggiati al di sopra del focolare (inefficace) Poi per rifilare i mattoni ha utilizzato la mola a disco sul balcone sporcando di tantissima polvere pure finestre e balconi dei vicini con conseguenti lamaentele (esistono sistemi di taglio con acqua). Stufa ordinata in agosto, durante l'acquistio garantita consegna per ottoble, ma montata fine dicembre. Non lo consiglio. Mi dispiace ho avuto una pessima esperienza. Vogliamo ringraziare per la professionalità e cortesia dei titolari,e questo dal primo momento presso il loro showroom, veramente bello e molto assortito e nel sopralluogo successivo nella nostra casa a Folgaria. Consigliati anche nei minimi particolari della scelta del prodotto anche dal punto di vista estetico. Siamo riusciti ad avere un perfetto abbinamento con l'arredo della nostra abitazione,ed altro aspetto(forse il più' importante), che ci fa estremamente piacere averlo ottenuto, è che il titolare è riuscito a soddisfare la nostra richiesta, elaborando le varie ipotesi e mettendoci molto del suo, che è stata la completa indipendenza dal gas metano e quindi poter riscaldare casa nostra esclusivamente con la stufa a pellet. Forse ci siamo dilungati un pò troppo, ma eravamo reduci da una brutta esperienza in tutti i sensi per un lavoro svolto a casa nostra e quindi non ci sembrava vero aver centrato in tutto il nostro acquisto anche dal punto di vista economico, visto che subito ci hanno proposto la loro vendita con la possibilità di accedere al conto termico e quindi di ricevere in pochi mesi oltre la metà di quello che abbiamo speso. Una parete di refrattario nel montaggio l'hanno rotta e non sostituita.per riuscire a scaldare ho dovuto affiancare un altra stufa. I was not satisfied at all.
