L	Laura Tognelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dire poco vergognosi.....primo appuntamento dopo mezz'ora di ritardo chiamo....la signorina mi dice che il tecnico è già uscito che si informerà del ritardo e mi richiamerà...dopo mezz'ora senza aver sentito nessuno richiamo...mi sposta l'appuntamento alla mezz'ora successiva...dopo 40 minuti richiamo io!!! E mi viene detto che non possono uscire perché sono in ritardo....rifissiamo appuntamento oggi....stesso copione!!!!!!!!! Ritardo..chiamo..mi dicono che il tecnico è già uscito..che si informano e mi richiamano...dopo mezz'ora richiamo io....mi propongono di spostare l'orario alle 18...io dico che non posso..allora la signorina mi dice che il tecnico uscirà subito....17.50 mi chiama e mi dice che non può venire!!!! E mi chiede di rifissare l'appuntamento!!!!!!!!! Le domande sono molteplici...ma se sono bravi a fare infissi quanto a fare preventivi..forse è meglio scappare e poi il tecnico che per ben 2 volte già uscito dal negozio non arriva all' appuntamento si sarà forse fermato a bere un caffè??? E vi consiglio se dovete prendere ore di permesso dal lavoro come nel mio caso...forse è meglio rivolgersi a persone più professionali...perché qui la professionalità non sanno proprio cosa sia.... And he asks me to redefine the appointment !!!!!!!!! The questions are many ... but if they are good at what fixtures preventivi..forse to do its best to run and then the technician for 2 times already left the shop does not reach all 'appointment will perhaps stop for coffee ??? And I recommend if you have to take hours off work as in my case ... maybe it's better to turn to more professional people ... because here the professionalism does not know what it is ....
