★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascate perdere per carità, assolutamente assenti, chiamate infinite per concordare consegna e lavori, scala non conforme a quanto concordato, mancano i pezzi, e adesso spariti.
Lasciato lavoro incompleto, scala traballante....... Disastro, fate fare la scala altrove!!!!!!!!!
 For heaven's sake, forget it, absolutely absent, endless calls to agree on delivery and work, stairs not compliant with what was agreed, the pieces are missing, and now they have disappeared.
Left work incomplete, wobbly staircase ....... Disaster, have the staircase done elsewhere !!!!!!!!!

Bad experience. I had a problem in the after sales ..... they deny themselves on the phone they are no longer found. Scandalous, I strongly advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo una pessima esperienza e tanta tanta maleducazione. Scaricano sempre le responsabilità su altri e anche sui loro stessi poveri artigiani, non affrontano i problemi e se ne lavano le mani perché comunque i soldi li prendono prima di iniziare il lavoro. Sconsiglio vivamente.
Unfortunately a bad experience and a lot of rudeness. They always unload the responsibilities on others and even on their own poor artisans, they do not face problems and they wash their hands because they take the money anyway before starting the work. I strongly advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fissato appuntamento per il sopralluogo non si presentano e nemmeno avvisano di non riuscire a venire, come se la gente non avesse nulla da fare che stare a casa.
Dopo averli chiamati per chiedere spiegazioni dicono che mi avrebbero ricontattato il giorno dopo...sto ancora aspettando da 5 giorni...
Imbarazzanti ?
After making an appointment for the inspection, they do not show up and do not even advise that they will not be able to come, as if people had nothing to do but stay at home.
After calling them to ask for explanations they say they would contact me the next day ... I'm still waiting for 5 days ...

Abbiamo costruito assieme una scala veramente perfetta, non capisco come certe persone possano dichiarare progetto scale assente.....probabilmete i fatti non sono come vengono raccontati. Da parte mia posso dare un voto strapositivo per tutto 100 %, bravissimi continuate cosi.

Really positive experience, professionals of the sector. We have built a truly perfect staircase together, I do not understand how some people can declare the staircase project absent ..... probably the facts are not as they are told. For my part I can give a positive vote for everything 100%, very good keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo zero stelline non si possono assegnare. Diffidate da questa “azienda” di sbruffoni. Mai conosciuto persone più maleducate e arroganti del “geometra” Stefano Perini, purtroppo non ho più avuto modo di incontrare questa persona.
Se qualcuno volesse qualche foto del lavoro o qualche audio/messaggio di come questa persona tratta i clienti (dopo aver creato una serie incredibili di problemi) mi scriva pure via mail.
Unfortunately, zero stars cannot be assigned. Be wary of this "company" of braggart. Never met more rude and arrogant people than the "surveyor" Stefano Perini, unfortunately I have never had the opportunity to meet this person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CONSIGLIO: leggete le recensioni, vedrete come si è trovata la gente con questa "azienda". Le esperienze purtroppo sono tutte simili e la mia non è da meno. A un anno di distanza sono con la scala rovinata dalla consegna, con pezzi mancanti e senza un box doccia oltre ad aver speso con fabbro per sistemare gli errori di misura. Non rispondono e non si fanno trovare. Ho inviato PEC di reclamo ma niente.
ESPERIENZA:
- La scala arriva un mese dopo con conseguenza sui lavori. La scala arriva rovinata con promessa che sarebbero venuti a sistemarla. Mai più visti. Le misure sono sbagliate e mi tagliano un pezzo di corrimano pre-esistente costringendomi a chiamare un fabbro. Non si presentano a completarla con l'anticaduta dei bambini...chiamo ancora fabbro per un cancelletto di sicurezza. Il box doccia dicono di averlo da settembre 2021 ma non lo consegnano e non posso andare a ritirarlo...
- ovviamente chiedono caparra e saldo in anticipo.
ADVICE: read the reviews, you will see how people found themselves with this "company". Unfortunately, the experiences are all similar and mine is no different. A year later I am with the staircase ruined by delivery, with missing pieces and without a shower box as well as having spent with a blacksmith to fix the measurement errors. They don't answer and they can't be found. I sent a certified e-mail of complaint but nothing.
EXPERIENCE:
- The staircase arrives a month later with consequences on the works. The staircase arrives ruined with a promise that they would come to fix it. Never seen again. The measurements are wrong and they cut a piece of pre-existing handrail forcing me to call a locksmith. They do not show up to complete it with the fall arrest of children ... I still call a locksmith for a safety gate. They say they have had the shower cubicle since September 2021 but they don't deliver it and I can't go and pick it up ...
- obviously they ask for a deposit and balance in advance.
