★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato un impianto fotovoltaico da 4 kWh con sistema di accumulo alcuni mesi fa. Ho sentito diverse aziende prima di essere contattati da loro. I tecnici sono molto preparati e disponibili! Posso ritenermi davvero soddisfatta... impianti di qualità a dei prezzi ragionevoli!!

Work done ..... it is a pity that after 2 months we are still waiting for the operation .... and for the testing ...... no one answers us on the phone or even emails .......... ..........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi, darei zero stelle. Pessima assistenza clienti. Sempre irreperibili. Installato caldaia a ottobre 2021 con bonus 110%. A novembre i primi problemi, caldaia spesso in blocco per installazione eseguita in maniera errata e, per questo, mi è stato negato il collaudo dal tecnico. Mesi di solleciti ma, ad oggi, aprile, non è ancora stata sistemata e continua ad andare in blocco. Pessima esperienza. Non raccomando assolutamente.
If I could, I would give zero stars. Bad customer support. Always unavailable. Boiler installed in October 2021 with 110% bonus. In November the first problems, boiler often blocked due to incorrect installation and, for this reason, I was denied testing by the technician. Months of reminders but, as of today, April, it has not yet been fixed and continues to go as a block. Bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto la ditta perchè mi hanno cercato per telefono e Le ho affidato 4 impianti di cui due attivati e due in fase di attivazione. Si sono dimostrati seri e competenti e ho appena ricevuto tutta la documentazione burocratica con i certificati di conformità, l'APE prima e dopo e L'assicurazione della ditta comprensiva di contabile del bonifico del premio. Sono sempre stati disponibili alle mie richieste con buona puntualità. Sono soddisfatto anche dei risultati dell'impianto installato che mi ha fatto spendere molto meno dello scorso anno nonostante gli aumenti di gas ed energia elettrica.

They proved to be serious and competent and I have just received all the paperwork with the certificates of conformity, the APE before and after and the insurance of the company including the accountant of the premium transfer. They have always been available to my requests with good punctuality. I am also satisfied with the results of the installed system which made me spend much less than last year despite the increases in gas and electricity.
